South of Fifth Dining

The prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood in South Beach, Florida, is a luxurious area from South Pointe Park up to fifth street. This area has some of the most exclusive luxury condominiums as well as top-tier restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. In SoFi, you have all kinds of food to choose from, inexpensive to ultra-expensive, but all of it is delicious. Whatever cuisine you wish for, you can find it here and all over South Beach as well.

There is nothing cheap in the South of Fifth, but If you are craving a pizza slice, you can go to Primo Pizza GIG. They also have over 30 full pies and calzones to choose from and a wide choice of sandwiches, pasta, and desserts. La Locanda Restaurant, Bar and Pizzeria is a little pricier, but it has some of the best pizza in South Beach as voted 9.4/10 by If you want something tasty and refreshing, My Ceviche serves inexpensive and delicious bowls. And if you are craving Mexican, you can go to Lolo’s Surf Cantina located in the Marriott Stanton South.

For a little more money, you can get some incredible sushi at Azubu, also located in the Marriott Stanton South, or some authentic Greek food at Santorini by Georgios at The Hilton Bentley.  You can get your meat fix at Fogo de Chao, the Brazilian Steakhouse, where you can choose your meats, and they keep coming until you say no mas. One other of the more popular steakhouses in South Beach is Smith & Wollensky is located right on the water in South Pointe Park, serving prime USDA beef. A great addition to South of Fifth is Jeremey Ford, Top Chef Winner season 13, Stubborn seed, where he serves fresh seasonal fare but is done with the modern styling that won him Top Chef.

South of Fifth has some of the best restaurants in Miami and maybe the United States for more pricey cuisine. Prime 112 is one of the best steakhouses in North America and the most sought-after reservation in town, but it is not the only grand steakhouse. A newcomer on the scene, Red, serves only the finest Certified Prime Angus Beef, and everything is made from scratch. Prime 112 has two sister restaurants, Prime Italian and Prime Fish, which should not be missed. Prime Italian has the classic Italian menu items with a modern flair, and you get the freshest seafood and an eclectic menu at Prime Fish. You can never think about South Beach restaurants without mentioning Joe’s Stone Crab. Joe’s has been an institution for more than 100 years and the place to go for fresh and stone crab in town.
