Sieger Suarez

Charles M. Sieger founded the Charles M. Sieger Architects Inc. in 1972. In 1987 he promoted a young, highly regarded up-and-coming architect in his firm, Jose A. Suarez, to partner. In 1998 the two of them formed Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, and together they have been shaping the cityscapes of southern Florida and the rest of the southeastern United States for decades. The firm has over $20 B in construction in luxury high-rise residential, single-family homes, hotels, mixed-use and retail properties.

Along with development gurus Related Group, they took a small sandy stretch of landfill and turned it into a highly desired place to live called South of Fifth in South Beach, Florida, building ultra-luxury high rise masterpieces; Apogee, Continuum, Icon South Beach, Marea, Murano Grande, Murano at Portofino and Portofino Towers. Some of their other noteworthy projects completed with other developers include; The Porsche Design Tower, Prive Island, 50 Biscayne, E11even Hotel and Residence, 6000 Indian Creek, Ocean I, II, III, IV and Trump Tower Sunny Isle.

Sieger Suarez is a cutting-edge design-forward company that has sought to create exceptional revolutionary concepts not seen before. It is an award-winning firm specializing in the diverse field of luxury high-rise design and development and has always raised the bar for quality and expectation.
They are pioneers of many innovative designs. Most notable is the “floor-through/see-through” unit design, an apartment that either takes up the whole floor or extends from the front to the rear of the building, which changed the high-rise residential market forever. Other breakthrough ideas were private elevator access and, just recently, at The Porsche Design Tower, a car elevator that whisks you and your car up to your residence above.
The firm has grown since its inception with the addition of EGS2, William A. Eager’s architectural landscaping division, which helps them offer services in land planning, planting, water features and more. They have also added a construction company, GS2, and a marketing and advertising division, The I.M.P.A.C.T Agency.
What started as a dream of a single person, Mr. Sieger, many years ago has transformed into a company with over 50 employees, which has become a leading contender in the architectural industry with an exemplary reputation worldwide.
